1^st TNS Scientific Conference

The Tanzania Neurosurgical Society is comprised of dedicated neurosurgeons from various regions, all committed to advancing neurosurgical practices within our communities. We amalgamate the latest research, education, and training opportunities to ensure our members are well-versed with the most up-to-date knowledge and skills in neuroscience.

Our inaugural Neurosurgical Conference (NEUCON 2024) offers an invaluable opportunity to engage with renowned speakers, leaders in the medical field, and fellow surgeons from across the nation. This event is designed as a platform to exhibit the newest medical technologies and practices, augment the knowledge base of our members, and encourage growth in the field of neuroscience.

The central theme of our scientific conference is the expansion of neurosurgical services in Tanzania. In line with this, we will organize camps in four different regions, including Dodoma, from April 15th to 19th, 2024. These camps will provide outpatient clinics and perform surgical procedures as per the regional needs.
